I got this hair care set at a very convenient price at a Black Friday sale and I’m happy that I was able to get it since I needed something better for my hair than my usual drugstore options.

I wasn’t familiar with the TIGI brand but I always saw their products popping out on sale on various cosmetics sites and I figured these products were suitable for my thin hair that needs volume.

They came in a set, in huge 750 ml bottles each and they are made in the USA. Both the shampoo and the conditioner have a pleasant scent that reminds me of that pink bubblegum that I used to buy during my childhood.

The shampoo and the conditioner are enriched with Pro-Vitamin B5, natural jojoba oil and nettle, as well as other plant-based ingredients. They have a thick consistency and I don’t need a lot of product when I wash my hair even if I now wear it longer. However, I still wash my hair every other day because it does become oily.

The shampoo makes my hair feel a little drier than usually, but since I always pair it up with the conditioner, it becomes soft and smooth, easy to detangle and shiny. They are not silicone-free products, but they claim to have a low silicone concentration.

Overall, I like the shampoo and the conditioner and the huge bottles will last me for a while and I’m also interested in trying some other TIGI products, especially some of  their hair styling ones.
