I found some products from this brand in my local DM store but now I regret buying this face mask from there because they sell it for like 4 euros when Beauty Formulas products are very cheap in the UK and they can be found in “dollar store”-type shops like Savers. Well, I got duped and I have to deal with it.

I never used a sleep mask before and i didn’t know what to expect, but this is actually just like a regular face cream. It comes in a large 100 ml tube and it has a gel-cream texture. I use it 2-3 times a week in the evening, instead of my regular face cream.

Ingredients:

Aqua (Water), Glycerin, Alcohol Denat., Erythritol, Ethylhexyl Palmitate, Triethanolamine, Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (Sweet Almond) Oil, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Hexylene Glycol, Salicylic Acid, Lactic Acid, Tocopheryl Acetate, Dimethicone, Parfum, Disodium EDTA, Carbomer, Imidazolidinyl Urea, Phenoxyethanol, Methylparaben, Ethylparaben, Butylparaben, Propylparaben, CI 17200

However, it’s not all bad. It is a cheap product and it may not be a sleep mask like others, just a regular face cream, but I have to say I actually like what it does to my face. I don’t know if it’s the glycerin, the sweet almond oil or what other ingredient in this sleep mask, but in the morning my face feels so soft and it looks refreshed and less tired. So I guess it is a good “recovery” product.

I may even repurchase it again, but I’ll definitely look for it in other online stores because I don’t want to pay at least double the price for it. I saw it sold for 0.99 £ in the Savers online shop in the UK.

Other than the inexplicable price tag difference, I think this sleep mask is actually pretty cool and I’m glad I decided to try it out.
