March 2020 Lookfantastic Beauty Box Unboxing (Unconstricted box)

All-focus

Like usual, I received my box in the first Friday of the month and I quickly did an unboxing. There are 6 products in the box, plus one extra product that is not mentioned in the booklet and that was a surprise for everyone. I think it’s repeat products from other boxes because I saw people getting something different. Mine was actually the biggest let down in the box, but I’ll let it slide because I was happy with the other 6 products. The design is also very nice, and I actually like their boxes so much that i use them to organize my makeup items in my desk drawers.

Grow Gorgeous Repair Strenghtening Hair & Scalp Mask (30 ml)

All-focus

I never used a scalp mask before and I’m not familiar with this brand, so I’m happy I will get to try it out. I’ll probably do this in the weekend when I wash my hair. It’s just a sample size, so it’s worth 3.75 UK pounds. The mask is made in the UK.

Madara Time Miracle Wrinkle Resists Eye Cream (15 ml)

All-focus

I think this is a full size product, it was the teaser we had in last month’s box. I’m happy to have a new eye cream because I currently didn’t have one and heard about Madara, but I didn’t get the chance to try their products. The eye cream is made in Latvia and it’s worth 35 UK pounds (wow!) You can read my review of the Madara Time Miracle Wrinkle Resist eye cream on my blog.

Hairburst Healthy Hair Vitamins (15-day supply)

All-focus

I saw Hairburst popping out on one online shop that I frequently browse through and I must say I was interested to see if these hair vitamins are any good. I’ll start taking them since tomorrow and I’ll let you know if I see any changes in two weeks. The vitamins are made in the UK and are worth 12.49 UK pounds. You can read my review of the Hairburst hair vitamins on my blog.

Rodial Bee Venom Cleansing Balm (20 ml)

All-focus

Another sample size from a brand I don’t know, which is always fun to try. I also didn’t use any clean balms before, so I’m curious to see how it works. The cleansing balm is made in the UK and it’s worth 13 UK pounds. You can read my review of the Rodial Bee Venom Cleansing Balm on my blog.

Rituals The Ritual Of Ayurveda Shower Gel (75 ml)

All-focus

I heard about Rituals and I know their products are expensive, considering that bath and body products are used up rather quickly. I’m curious to see if it really smells as nice as I heard. The shower gel is made in Germany and it’s worth 4.90 UK pounds.

Elizabeth Arden Superstar Skin Renewal Booster (15 ml)

All-focus

This is like a serum or treatment for the skin. It’s a sample size. The product is made in the US and it’s worth 7.50 UK pounds.

And now for the surprise product…..

Lord & Berry Ultimate Lip Liner in the shade Nude

All-focus

Yes, the exact product I received in January’s box, only two months ago… In the exact shade. I saw people get an Eyeko eyeliner, a lip gloss from I can’t remember what brand, but no. I got a lip liner I have no use for to be honest. At least if it were a different color, but it’s exactly the same. I can’t say I’m not disappointed. The lip liner is worth 15 UK pounds.

April’s box will contain a Peach Blossom eyeshadow palette from Bellapierre, which got me really excited because it’s another brand I haven’t tried out so far, plus it’s an eyeshadow palette – I get giddy just thinking of it!

With the “surprise” item, the box is worth 91.64 UK pounds, the biggest value so far. Even without the lip liner, I still like my box because I’m interested in the products and brands in it. I don’t know how many of them are cruelty free (I know Elizabeth Arden is not), but they are all things that I would use: I was actually eyeing those hair vitamins so I want to try them out, I was in need of an eye cream, a shower gel is always nice, especially if it’s a more luxurious one and I never got to try a cleansing balm or a scalp mask, so I’m happy I got those. Considering how much I paid for the box and what I got in return, I still like it and so far I’m glad I opted for an annual subscription.
