I don’t know what it is about these little Too Faced palettes in the tin packaging, but I love them. They’re cute, I like the formula, they have a nice scent and I like smaller palettes because I don’t feel overwhelmed when I want to choose the type of look I want to create. Plus, I’m a neutral girl, so I don’t need tons of colors, I just want them to work. I got this palette on sale for around 120 lei, which is like somewhere around 26 euros, which is a bit much considering there are only 8 shades in the palette, but…when you love it, you love it.

Packaging:

Like I said before, the eyeshadows come in a cute tin packaging, with some palm leaves on the leave. It’s pink, it’s girly, it feels heavy, it’s the size of my palm and it even comes with a mirror. The cardboard packaging has a little pouch on the inside where I expected to find a little booklet with a couple of suggested looks, but there was none or at least I didn’t get one. It’s not a big deal, but I actually liked their suggested looks to try them out.

Texture:

The eyeshadows feel silky and smooth, just like all the other palettes I have from Too Faced and they have a peach scent, which I don’t mind, I actually like. I know some people don’t like scented products, but I’m a sucker for pleasant scent even though I know it would be better if there wasn’t any fragrance in it.

Price and accessibility:

Like I said, I think Too Faced eyeshadows are a little on the pricier side, but at least the formula is worth it and used with a primer, they do last all day without creasing. I just love them so when I see their palettes on sale I always choose something and I’ll end up buying more even though God knows I have too much palettes already. Too Faced products are available in Romania in Sephora stores. I think there are some other online stores that sell some Too Faced products, but to be honest I think they’re a little sketchy and I don’t know if the products are original or not.

My overall opinion:

For the price, I think this cute little palette is perfect for spring and summer because it has so many peachy shades in it, but it’s also a great everyday palette for my neutral girls and boys out there. On the packaging it says the bulk was made in the USA and the palettes was assembled in the Dominican Republic.

I would have liked to have the names of the eyeshadows printed on the actual palette, not on the back of it, but this is just one of my small pet peeves. I used all the shades in the palette with and without primer and I had no problem with any of them. So yes, I would recommend this palette to anyone who likes neutral palettes, to those who like the Too Faced formula and to collectors who like cute packaging. Plus, the brand is cruelty free, so this is another bonus.
