Just like clockwork, if it’s the first week of the month, I get my beauty box on Friday, so it means that it’s about time to unbox it because I’m eager to put quite a few of the products to use this weekend.

This month’s box is a pale green one and I don’t like the color that much because the white writing on it is barely readable. I do reuse my boxes to store makeup in them and I think I will also use them to store various knick-knacks I have on my desk. The products arrived on time and without any problems.
Magn!tone London Wipe Out Eco Friendly MicroFibre Cleansing Cloth

This may be eco friendly and all, but I tried using something similar to remove my makeup (remember those microfibre pads we got in January’s box?) and I didn’t like the hassle to have to wash them and leave them to dry each day, so this will probably remain stuck in my bathroom cabinet for a while until I decide what I’ll do with it. The cloth is worth 10 UK pounds.
Dr. Lipp 100% Natural Moisturizing Colour Lip Tint in Sweet Potato

This is only a mini size (3 ml) worth 3 UK pounds, but I like lip tints and I quite use them often instead of lipsticks or lip glosses, so this product seems to be right up my alley.
Eyeko Eyebrow Gel

Another mini size, this one is worth 10 UK pounds. I don’t use eyebrow gels, but not because I don’t like them, just because I never seem to get around to actually buy some, so I will be trying this one out to see if it can tame some of my “rebel” hairs.
Avant Ultimate Hyaluronic Acid Resurfacing Duo Moisturiser

The star of the box and the product that got everyone talking about it because it’s a premium beauty brand. It’s a full size product (50 ml) worth 100 UK pounds (!!!!) so of course I want to see what the fuss is all about. I must say, I like that Lookfantastic is focused on skin care since I think that skin care is something you really benefit from but I can’t afford to spend so much on this type of products. You can read my review of the Avant Ultimate Hyaluronic Acid Resurfacing DUO Moisturiser on my blog.
Korres Hydra-Biome Probiotic Superdose Face Mask

Who doesn’t love a face mask? This is a mini size (20 ml) but it’s still worth 9.40 UK pounds and I can’t wait to try something from this brand because I heard good things about it. You can read my review of the Korres Hydra-Biome Probiotic Superdose Face Mask on my blog.
Balance Me Hyaluronic Plumping Mist

Finally, another mini size (10 ml), this facial spray is worth 10 UK pounds and it can be used as a toner or throughout the day as a hydrating face mist. I will certainly put it to good use, probably in the evening.
The total value of the box is 142.40 UK pounds which is great considering that there are some great skin care products in it. What I would love to see is having some more interesting makeup products in it (the brow gel is kind of boring to be honest) and maybe throwing in some more useful beauty tools in there (it’s the fifth box I got and I wan to see a makeup brush in the box). What I’m most excited about is the Avant moisturizer and the Korres face mask. I also like the face mist, the lip tint and also the brow gel, but the makeup removing cloth is really not something that I’m interested in. However, overall I think it’s a great box.
June’s box will contain a Molton Brown product, the Coastal Cypress and Sea Fennel Bath & Shower Gel, but it doesn’t say if it’s a full size product or just a mini size, so I hope there will also be other pleasant surprises in it.
If you enjoyed this unboxing and you want to subscribe to the Lookfantastic beauty box, I would highly appreciate it if you would use my my referral code and subscribe. (But don’t feel obliged to do it!)
