What better way to start the work week than with a surprise from my Lookfantastic beauty box? This month, we didn’t get a box but a cosmetics bag that I must say it seems to be of good quality and it has a nice turquoise color. I like it because it’s useful for traveling. Speaking of traveling, because vacation plans have to wait at least for a couple of month more, June’s theme is Staycation, so we got a mix of summer beauty items and pampering products as well. I also got a QR code in the e-mail that I scanned and I can flip the online brochure because this was missing as well.

Josh Wood Colour Everything Mask (30 ml)

This hair mask is a sample size, but I don’t know anything about the brand and I’m curious to see if it’s anything good. The sample size is worth 6 UK pounds and it’s made in the UK.

Glov Rainbow Drop Brush

This brush is so cute and perfect for travel, because it’s similar to a tangle teezer. I will certainly put it to good use because I have thin fine hair, so I can get away with using a small brush. It retails for 10 UK pounds. I’m guessing this is a full size product

Molton Brown Coastal Cypress & Sea Fennel Bath & Shower Gel (100 ml)

I know Molton Brown products are very expensive, so it doesn’t surprise me that we only got a travel size. It smells so fresh and nice and I can’t wait to use it in the shower. The shower gel is worth 10 UK pounds and it’s made in England.

Shangpree Aroma Blend Mask

Who doesn’t love a nice sheet mask? This is a full size product (although it’s only one juse), it’s made in Korea and it retails for 2.5 UK pounds. You could get two types of masks in the box, either this one or the OHK Hydrogel mask that is worth 6 UK pounds.

Polaar Very High Protection Sun Cream SPF 50+ (20 ml)

A sunscreen is always good during summer, right? I will try and use it for my face only, granted it doesn’t break me out or something because it’s such a small size. The product is made in France and it’s worth 13.44 UK pounds.

Ultrasun SPF 30 Lip Protect

And since we got some SPF for the skin, why not a lip balm for the lips, right? This is a full size product, it’s made in Germany and it retails for 8 UK pounds.

The total value of the box is 49.94 ( or 53.44, depending on the sheet mask) UK pounds, which is not great but still worth it considering what you pay for it. I can’t say that it’s really that exciting, considering that the only full size products are a lip balm and a sheet mask (and possibly the hair brush). However, there is also a cute cosmetics bag and I can honestly say I can use all of the products in the box. I also liked their turquoise color scheme that we found in the shower gel, the brush and the bag. Overall, I’m not complaining and I can’t wait to see what July has in store for us.

July’s box will contain a This Works product, the Morning  Hyaluronic Serum, but it’s only a sample size (10 ml), so I hope there are other pleasant surprises prepared for us as well.
