Hello lovely readers! Although technically September is the first month of autumn I just started to feel like in the season because the days are a little colder, we had some rain, the nights are longer and I’m slowly transitioning into my cold season wardrobe. So, I think this month’s theme of the Lookfantastic box is great, because it has some things for pampering and self care, a cosy night in after a warm bath, those types of things, you know what I mean?

The box is a beautiful dark blue this month (I actually really like these boxes and I used them all so far to keep other stuff in them) and we have 6 things that are supposed to help us relax, unwind and just enjoy some “me” time. There’s no makeup this time, but I don’t mind because I got two makeup items last month so it’s ok.

GLOV Hair Wrap

This is a hair towel made from microfibre that feels so soft and nice and you can wear it as a turban to dry your hair or to put your hair up while doing some hair masks or/and face masks without it getting in the way. It’s the first product of this type that i received in the box an I actually like and use (I have it on as I’m typing) because those makeup removing pads and the wash cloth for the face were really not my thing as I don’t use those types of things, I like to use cleansers, washing my face and using a normal face towel. Anyway, this towel is worth 14.99 UK pounds, a little much if you ask me, but it’s something I actually needed so I’m glad I have received it.

Ecooking Overnight Foot Cream (30 ml)

This is a mini size of this foot cream that is supposed to remove dead skin and moisturize your feet over night. It has a strong eucalyptus and menthol scent, but I love foot creams especially during winter to put on and then to put some fuzzy socks. It’s the best feeling! This one is worth 8.10 UK pounds. ByTerry Baume De Rose Flaconnette (travel size)

I think everyone knows about this luxurious lip balm and I’m excited to have this travel size one. It’s worth 14 UK pounds. Starskin Smoothing Bio Cellulose Second Skin Eye Catcher Mask

I got this product and the other option was another eyes mask, the Beauty pro Eye Therapy Under Eye Mask. They are both worth 4.25 UK pounds. I had other Starskin masks in the past and I quite enjoyed using them.

Bubblet Earl Grey Bath Tea (100 grams)

This product was created in this packet especially for the Lookfantastic beauty box. These are some bath salts worth 5.99 UK pounds. I’m curious to see what the Earl Grey scent is like in the bath tub because I can’t imagine, to be honest.

Balance Me Backuchiol Serum (7 ml)

Backuchiol is a 100% plant-based alternative which provides anti-aging benefits.I already applied it this evening (you only need a pea-sized amount) and it felt really nice on the skin. This little sample size is worth 11 UK pounds.

The Reatreat Edition was also a hit for me because I like all the products that I got. I have a cool hair wrap, some foot cream, a luxurious lip balm, an eye mask, some bath salts and a face serum, all great products to pamper myself in the weekend when I usually take long baths and put on masks and do my complete skin care routine.

The box has a total value of 58.33 UK pounds. It’s not one of their highest value ones, but it still covers three times the price of the box and then some. So, like always I think it’s a great deal and I’m definitely keeping my subscription for 2021 as well, because there are really some nice things I got so far. You will see my favorites when I’ll do a best and worst of the Lookfantastic box at the end of the year.

November’s box will include a face cream, the Naobay Detox Oxygen Light Cream, worth 16 UK pounds, so I’m guessing it will be a travel size, but I’m also curious to see what else they have prepared for us.
