I decided to talk to you today about scented candles. I don’t usually burn candles during summer just because I keep my windows open almost all of the time so I can get some fresh air so candles would be useless. However, during winter I like to burn candles in the evening, especially ones with winter scents. We have here candles from brands like Yankee Candle, Bath and Body Works and so on, but they’re crazy expensive, so what I do is I buy cheap candles that are actually really nice and they also come in cute glass jars with wintery designs. I mostly use Bispol candles which are made in Poland are sold here in all kinds of stores for about 2-3 euros each. By the way, this is NOT SPONSORED, so don’t worry, I don’t say any good things just because I have some benefits from recommending these candles. Here are some of the scented candles I had so far from them.
There are some candles that have about 100 grams and a burning time of around 22 hours. They all come in glass jars. My favorite scented candles from this range are the following:
Christmas Gift Scented Candle

Festive Time Scented Candle

Gingerbread Scented Candle

Happy Christmas Scented Candle

Merry Christmas Scented Candle

Winter Star Scented Candle

Xmas Time Scented Candle

These also make for some great stocking stuffers for Christmas because they have such a nice packaging. That’s how I discovered them, because I got one of them for Christmas a few years ago. Bispol also have another range of scented candles (they have more actually but I’m referring to the winter scents now) that come in smaller glass jars that are also a little bit thinner so to say, but they also have nice designs. They contain 100 grams as well, but the burning time is a little bit lower, about 20 hours.

The scents are basic winter scents like apple, cinnamon, gingerbread, pine and so on, but considering they’re so cheap and they do the job meaning, my apartment smells so nice when I burn them and they look cute on my desk, so I highly recommend them if you want to burn some scented candles but you don’t want to pay a lot for them. I don’t know exactly where Bispol candles are available, but if you happen to see them, give them a try!
And now, let’s open drawer number 4 of the advent calendar!

Rodial Dragon’s Blood Cleansing Water

This is a full size product, the first we got besides the Luxie brush. It contains 100 ml and it retails on the Lookfantastic website for 96.05 lei. I’m always happy to have skin care products and micellar cleansing waters are something I use all the time. Also, I never tried Rodial before and this cleansing water looks very cool because it’s red. Dragon’s Blood is a a ruby-red natural tree resin with superior hydrating and anti-inflammatory powers. There is also rose water, vitamin B3 and hyaluronic acid in it, so I think it should be great for my skin.
And let’s end the day with a cup of delicious tea.
Skinni Vanilli Cupper Tea

Today we had another fruit infusion, a vanilla-flavored tea with hibiscus, rose hip, liquorice, vanilla, orange peel and natural raspberry flavor. I like it, it was good, but a little bit too sweet for my taste. I like the scent of vanilla and some vanilla-flavored things, but vanilla drinks are not really my style.
That’s it from me for today, see you tomorrow!
