Cosmeplant Anti Hair Fall Shampoo + Conditioner review

I thought for some time about writing about this shampoo because I know that Cosmeplant products are probably not widely available, but this product is a little gem in terms of affordable hair care products in my opinion.

Cosmeplant is a cosmetics brand from Moldavia and they use a lot of natural herbal extracts in their products that are obtained from ecological agriculture which is very nice and it’s something that I totally support. They are not widely available. I found this products in Lidl stores but they don’t have them all the time, so now I’m all out and I can’t find a replacement. But if they do bring it back, I will stock up on it with 3-4 bottles, because it’s my favorite shampoo so far.

Packaging:

The shampoo comes in bottles of different sizes. I got the big 400 ml bottle. The packaging is cute, with the bright green because it stands out in the shower and it looks colorful. Plus, my husband knows that this is my shampoo and keeps his hands off it.

Texture:

The shampoo is clear and has a little bit of herbal scent, but that’s it. It’s thick and it lathers up well, so you don’t have to use a large amount.

Ingredients:

Unfortunately, I couldn’t find the ingredients list anywhere and I already threw out the bottle, but I know that the main ingredient is the nettle extract.

Price and accessibility:

This big bottle cost me only about 2-3 euros, so it’s very affordable, but like I said, it’s hard to find it. At least, I wasn’t able to find it in stores or even online unfortunately.

My overall opinion:

I know the products that are a shampoo and conditioner all in one are usually seen as not as good, but this one is more a shampoo to be honest than a conditioner. I did apply some conditioner every other wash because my hair is thin and it was quite frizzy otherwise.

I didn’t use this shampoo because my hair was falling out, but I did notice that it made my hair thicker over the last months that I used it and it also gives a lot of volume, which is great if you have fine hair that has tendency to stay flat.

It was also good for my scalp because I had no itchiness and the scalp wasn’t dry, like it happens so many times when I try to use shampoos for oily hair.

The hair looks shiny and healthy and that’s why it’s one of the best shampoos I used in a long time and I can’t recommend it enough. If you do happen to come across it, give it a try. If it’s not the best option for you, at least it’s not expensive and you don’t have to feel sorry for wasting your money.
