One of the things that I’m grateful about receiving the Lookfantastic beauty box over the last two years (almost) is that I was able to discover a few brands that I really ended up enjoying. Now, I don’t like that we get the same brands over and over again and that’s why I cancelled my subscription and December’s box will be my last one.
One of the brands that I was pleased to discover is 3INA (pronounced “mee-nah”), a Spanish makeup brand. I don’t know much about the brand but they’re focused mostly on makeup products and they are a cruelty free brand which is nice. So far, I received two products from the brand, both for the eyes, a cream eyeshadow and a liquid eyeliner.
3INA Cream Eyeshadow in the shade 532

Unfortunately, the products don’t have shade names, so the number is all we have going for. This is a beautiful copper shade that is very wearable and it’s one of those one products suitable for a one-eyeshadow kind of look or it can also work as a base for a more complex eye look. It’s a waterproof formula, so that’s very helpful.
The eyeshadow comes in a nice glass jar with a plastic lid and the lids are similar to the eyeshadow color, although from I can tell the color is lighter than the actual color of the eyeshadow. The jar contains 3 ml of product, which is a generous amount for a single eyeshadow. It’s sold on the brand’s website for 14.95 euros, which is not quite affordable. I mean, I wouldn’t pay that much for a single eyeshadow no matter how beautiful it is, so I think the pricing is up there to those similar to high end brands.
The eyeshadow is very creamy and I have it for a while now (I think for more than a year) and it hasn’t dried up yet so that’s great because with cream products there’s always a chance of having to throw them away because they get dry. There are 18 shades available, from browns and greys to purple, pink, green, blue etc. On me, the eyeshadow doesn’t crease and that’s great since most cream eyeshadows do crease on me because I have droopy eyelids.
3INA Color Pen Eyeliner in the shade 575

Again, the eyeliner don’t have names, but the shade 575 is a gorgeous chocolate brown eyeliner and I was glad to receive this because I only have black eyeliners and a brown one is a nice change for a more warm, subtle makeup. This is a pen eyeliner with a very thin tip that allows you to draw very precise lines, so it’s beginner-friendly when it comes to eyeliner.
The pens have the same color as the shade of the eyeliner, so there are 8 shades in the range, including a purple, a blue, a green, a yellow and a white, so I think they would be very nice to play around. The pen contains 1 ml of products, which is less than what I’m used to, but I think that since you don’t need much, it does last for a long time.
On the brand’s website, the eyeliner is sold for 12.95 euros, which is not exactly affordable, but for a good eyeliner I would pay more. I mean, L’Oreal eyeliners are quite expensive as well, at least here in Romania.
It says that it lasts for 14 hours on the lid and I can confirm that this is a smudge-proof eyeliner with a very rich pigment, so it doesn’t crease and it lasts all day on the lid.
Swatches

Of course, here are also some swatches. As you can see, the colors are gorgeous and I think the eyeshadow and the eyeliner go very nice together.
I’m very happy with both the eyeshadow and the eyeliner, even though these are products that I don’t use on daily basis as I tend to reach for eyeshadow palettes and pencil eyeliners, but I do like them and I would be curious to try more from this brand, but 3INA products are not available widely in Romania. I saw them only in one online shop and they only had a few products, so who knows?
I would say that if you like colorful makeup and you don’t mind that this is a more expensive brand than your typical drugstore brand, 3INA products are definitely worth trying.
