Used-up and tested #39 – beauty products leaving my collection

Since I didn’t have much time to write on the blog, I skipped March in terms of beauty empties, so these are all some of the products I used up over the last couple of months (the rest are all products that I used before). So, let’s see what we have, shall we?

Avon Senses Romantic L’Amour shower cream – it’s one of the few shower gels that is supposed to smell like a floral perfume (rose, iris and something else). It was a nice change from the usual fruity shower gels I go for.

Luksja Rainbow Cotton Candy shower gel – I discovered these shower gels in an online shop. They’re from a Polish brand and this one smells very yummy, although it smelled like blueberries not like cotton candy. But the packaging is so stincking cute and the gel feels very nice on the skin.

Cloud 11 Silver bath and shower gel – this was part of a gift set, but I must say I didn’t particularly like the scent or the consistency of the gel.

Cien Q10 Intense face day cream

It was a decent enough face cream considering it’s very cheap (about 2.5 euros) but I chose to use it in the evenings because it was a little bit too heavy for my combination skin.

Balea Sweet Clementine shaving gel – like all Balea shaving gels, this was also very good for the price and it also had a nice smell.

Balea Pure Elegance dry shampoo – a nice dry shampoo with a floral scent that lingers on the hair. It also lasted me for quite some time and it did what it was supposed to. It’s better than the one for dark hair.

Cien Nature’s Best body butter – this was a nice body butter with coconut scent (it does contain cold pressed coconut oil), but it takes some time to absorb into the skin.

Cien Hygienic hand cream – it’s an antibacterial and nourishing hand cream with tea tree oil, but I really didn’t like the scent of it and I was glad when I was able to finish it up.

Sleek Matte Me lip cream – it’s the last lip product that I decluttered because I didn’t like the color and I also wasn’t a fan of how it looked on the lips. I’m not crazy about matte anything on the lips, I prefer more of a juicy lip.

Avon Attraction Game for her EDP – this was only a small purse perfume but I did enjoy using it because it’s a fruity yet sensual scent. It’s not like one of my new favorite perfumes, but I did enjoy it a lot.

Finally it’s time for the face masks and one face cream sample.

Avon Anew Ultimate Day Firming Cream SPF 25 – of course, I have no impression on this face cream after only one use, but I was not a fan of how shiny it made my face look.

Ziaja Cucumber Mint Enzyme Gel face mask – cool, refreshing and it makes the skin feel soft and smooth.

Eveline Cosmetics Look Delicious Watermelon & Lemon purifying face mask – it has the consistency of a gel, it’s pink and it contains actual watermelon seeds. It was nice.

Eveline Cosmetics Neon Vibes Illuminating Peel-Off Mask with blue agave – this was like a regular face mask but it does look neon blue on the skin when applied. It’s more fun and useful, I think.

Eveline Cosmetics 2 step Pore Minimize face mask – this is a cool concept because the first sachet contains some sort of black clay mask that makes the skin feel warm and the second sachet contains a white-grey clay mask that gives a cooling sensation. I don’t know how they do it, but the experience is very nice and it made me feel pampered.

Frudia Blueberry Honey Overnight Mask – the sachet actually lasted me for 3 application and I used this as an evening cream so to say. It does smell like honey and to be honest my skin felt so nice and plump in the morning. I heard good things about Frudia products but they are a little bit too expensive for my budget.

So that is all for the last couple of months, I hope I will have time for more posts in the next weeks, but I have a feeling I wont’ be able to do it properly until summer.
