Day 17 – Juicy Berries Lip Balm

I like that there are so many products from the holiday collection in the advent calendar. This time, it’s a full size product, a lip balm with a very cute design and a yummy berries scent. The full size tube contains 4.8 grams and it’s sold for around 3.5 euros.

Day 18 – Glow Scrub with Chamomille

I didn’t know what Anthemis is, but Wikipedia says it’s Roman Chamomille so…Chamonille right? This is the pair to the calming mousse mask that I received on the first day of advent. It’s a tube containing 30 ml, which is a variant that is sold as it is and I think for a face scrub that is used only 1-2 a week, it’s a decent size. The face scrub is sold for around 4 euros, just like the face mask.

Day 19 – Wonderful Shea Body Milk

Well, a body lotion is something that I didn’t receive yet this time around. This is just a mini size, a 30 ml tube, and I have to say, when it comes to body products, I really don’t see the point for having such small tubes. I mean, 30 ml is not enough for me to apply on the entire body. This one smells yummy and feels very nice on the skin, plus it’s another limited edition product from the holiday collection. The full size tube contains 200 ml and is sold for around 10 euros, so the mini is worth 1.50 euros.

Day 20 – Monoi Gentle Hair and Body Wash

Guys, take it from me, when a product is supposed to be for the body and hair, don’t use it on your hair, it’s usually not as effective or it’s too harsh. Other than that, this is my favorite shower gel from Yves Rocher for the summer so I’m a little surprised that they put it in the advent calendar, but I guess it’s nice to have products from different lines. The full size is available on their website in a 400 ml bottle for around 6 euros, so the mini size containing just 50 ml is worth not even 1 euro, but I’ll round it up to that to be generous.

So, over the last days we had some lip care, some skin care, a body wash and a body lotion. The products are all nice, but only the lip balm was full size and all these minis are worth just 10 euros. Get ready for the final 4 products, I wonder what will they be?
