Today I want to talk to you about a product that is by all means not new, but it has become a staple in my daily hair styling routine so much so that I feel like I don’t need anything else and I can’t imagine not to repurchase it again and again.

Packaging:

The hair mousse comes in a metal can and it contains 200 ml. I think it’s the standard packaging for all hair mousses and I have nothing to say about it. The can is golden like all Wellaflex products, with purple, the color for the strong hold products in the line.

Texture:

The hair mousse looks like it sounds, it looks like some kind of shaving foam to be honest. It has a citrus scent that it does linger in the hair but I don’t mind it because I quite like it. I usually just put a blob of mousse in the palm of my hand and work it through all my hair.

Price and accessibility:

Wella products are available in beauty shops, in supermarkets and in various online shops so there are very easy to get a hold on. I like to buy my Wella products from a local chain of supermarkets because they’re the cheapest there. I paid only around 2.5 euros for this hair mousse so I think it’s a steal to be honest.

My overall opinion:

The hair mousse doesn’t feel sticky at all on the hair and it’s easy to comb it out. Also, the 2nd day volume claim is right because it does make my hair look nice even during the second day. I usually apply it on damp hair and then I blow dry my hair. It adds some texture to my thin hair so it looks like I have thicker hair and it also defines individual strands, so if you have a layered hair cut this hair mousse will certainly help styling it.

I don’t know what to say about the FlexActive technology, but like I said, the hair doesn’t feel sticky at all, it looks really natural and it also provides some UV protection, so that’s also a big plus. I personally really love this hair mousse and like I said, I don’t even want to try something new because I have found my favorite. It’s good, it’s cheap and it has a nice scent, so there’s nothing bad that I can say about it.
