At first, I didn’t intend to write a review on this product because let’s be honest, it’s just an eyeliner pencil. But, then I thought that eyeliner pencils are products that many people use on daily basis, even those who just want to have a natural looking makeup and Delilah is a brand that I didn’t came across until now, so why not mention it?
Delilah Cosmetics is a British brand that is vegan and cruelty free and from what I’ve seen on their website, their products are mainly for everyday natural looking makeup. The prices are quite high, so I think it’s supposed to be a high end brand, although the packaging doesn’t give those vibes.
Packaging:
Since this is an eyeliner pencil it comes in a plastic tube with a cap. It’s retractable, it’s nothing new on the market, so it looks just like any other pencil. What I find odd is that the packaging is brown even though the shade that I have is black.
Texture:

So talking about the shade, I have mine in the shade Coal, which is basically a black, but not a deep black, more like a greyish one. There is only one other shade available, which is Twig, a brown one. I wonder why they don’t have at least a few more colors, but I guess it’s on brand to have only the basic colors. The pencil is very smooth and silky and it glides easily on the skin.

Price and accessibility:
As far as I can tell, Delilah cosmetics are not available in Romania, but they can be bought online, including from the brand’s online shop. This eyeliner pencil is sold for 25.95 euros, which is far more than what I would pay for a pencil (5 euros is my limit).
My overall opinion:
The pencil is easy to apply and it looks nice, even for thin or thick lines and it is long wearing. At least I wear for 10+ hours daily and it doesn’t smudge, so that’s great. But still, 25 euros is a hefty price tag for a pencil and I wouldn’t pay so much if I were to buy it (I got this one in the October’s Lookfantastic box). But if you’re the type of person who pays whatever for a good product, the quality is there. I just have a limit regarding the prices I way for certain products.
