Miss Sporty is one of those brands that seems to have been around ever since forever and I remember that I had some Miss Sporty products as a teenager because they were cheap then and they are cheap now. It’s a brand that’s own by Coty and it comes from the UK, but other than that, I can’t say that I know much information about it.

Recently, I placed an order in the DM online shop and I browsed through the sales section where I saw this concealer an since it was 25% off, I got it to see how it is.

Packaging:

The concealer comes in a basic plastic tube that contains 5.5 ml. The writing is white, so it makes it a little bit harder to read, so I wouldn’t have mind it to be a little more colorful.

Texture:

I got the shade 001 Ivory, because only 3 shades were available, and at first I thought this is a concealer made for Casper, the friendly ghost. However, since I’m also pale, it doesn’t look too bad because the concealer should be a little bit lighter anyway.

The texture is not so great, because it’s not that creamy even if it is a liquid concealer, so I do have a hard time to spread it out.

Well, for cheap you get what you get. There’s nothing that’s actually a skin care ingredient in this, which is kind of sad, because I think nowadays, even with makeup products we expect something that is also good for the skin, because that’s where we apply them on.

Price and accessibility:

Miss Sporty products are widely available in beauty stores and several online shops. Since I got mine from the DM online shop, I will go with their retail price which is around 4 euros (but I got it on sale so it was less than 3 euros).

My overall opinion:

I can’t say that I recommend this concealer because it’s not creamy enough, so it’s hard to spread on the skin. Also, the shade range is more than poor and the ingredients are not that great. So…now, I’m sorry Miss Sporty, but you’re probably cheap for a reason. Also, I don’t think it’s worth even the 4 euros price.
