Used-up and tested #60 – beauty products leaving my collection

It’s been two month since I’ve done an empties post, so it was about time because my little box of empties got full. Not because there were many empties in it, but because I had some large containers in there. So, without further ado, here are my empties from the month of September and October that I haven’t reviewed on my blog.

Keff Coconut Vanilla body wash – this was also a great smelling bodywash because the scent was sweet but not sickening.

Balea Vanilla and Coconut Body Cream – a nice body cream, but a little hard to absorb into the skin, so it can be used only in the evening because there’s no way to put on normal clothes after that. But it was great after a shower and wrapping myself in my PJ’s. The scent was delicious.

Old Spice Wolfthorn Stick Deodorant – I’ve heard that men’s deodorants are better but while I did like the citrus scent of this one it wasn’t any better as an antiperspirant. It’s a gel stick deodorant and it smelled fresh and clean, but that’s about it.

Balea Foot Gel with menthol and peppermint oil – a nice cooling foot geal, great for the summer, but now I like to use thicker, richer creams, especially for the heels.

Nivea Derma Dry Control Deodorant – it was nice as a deodorant and it got the job done as an antiperspirant.

Klorane Ultra-Gentle Dry Shampoo with oat and ceramide – a nice dry shampoo that didn’t leave that white cast that most dry shampoos have (of course, you do have to brush the hair thoroughly). I had only a travel size because I got it in a Notino beauty box.

Arganiae argan oil – I used it for the body and I do have to say that I like how nice it absorbs into the skin and how smooth the skin feels after using it.

doTerra Herbal Lip Balm – honestly, it felt just like any other lip balm so I don’t know what the big deal is with this product and why it’s so expensive. It was like using any regular lip balm that you can get in any drugstore or supermarket.

That was all for now, I don’t think I’ll have many empties in the future, because I have to cut down on my beauty expenses for now, but let’s see what else the future brings.
