Boy, does this foundation has a long name or what? I mean, it’s like they tried to cram everything in there to make it appealing. I bought this foundation on a whim because I needed something lighter to mix with a darker Rimmel foundation or even to use on its own because I don’t have much of a tan yet since I haven’t spent much time in the sun.
Packaging:
The foundation comes in a boring plastic tube that contains 24 ml. The packaging is really not that great, but it’s just a drugstore foundation and even a cheap one so I didn’t have many expectations. To be honest, I got the cheapest foundation I could find at DM, so there’s that.
Texture:

As you can see, the consistency is not the best. It’s one of those liquid foundations that has an opaque texture, so it doesn’t look ”natural”. More like paint if you ask me.

And here is the foundation spread on the skin. Still looks like paint right? Anyway, you have to be careful with it because you can’t use too much or it will look bad.
Ingredients:
Aqua/Water/Eau, Dicaprylyl Ether, Dicaprylyl Carbonate, Glycerin, Isododecane, Trimethylsiloxysilicate, Sodium Chloride, Corn Starch Modified, Cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 Dimethicone, Tri(Polyglyceryl-3/Lauryl) Hydrogenated Trilinoleate, Stearalkonium Bentonite, 2,3-Butanediol, Triethyl Citrate, Silica, Parfum/Fragrance, Mica, Sclerocarya Birrea Seed Oil, Tocopheryl Acetate, Sodium Benzoate, Triethoxycaprylylsilane, Chlorphenesin, Panthenol, Pentylene Glycol, Lens Esculenta (Lentil) Seed Extract, Methicone, Maltodextrin, Schisandra Sphenanthera Fruit Extract, 3-O-Ethyl Ascorbic Acid, Tocopherol, Pantolactone, Pentaerythrityl Tetra-di-t-butyl Hydroxyhydrocinnamate, [May Contain/Peut Contenir/+/-: Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891), Iron Oxides (CI 77491, CI 77492, CI 77499)]
It says on the packaging that it contains vitamin C and vitamin E, so at least that’s good, plus magnolia berry extract which is an interesting choice, considering that this ingredient is used more in dietary supplements rather than in cosmetics.
Price and accessibility:
Miss Sporty products are widely available here in Romania in beauty stores and online shops. Since I got mine from DM, I’ll go with their price which is about 4 euros. I don’t think you can go any lower than that. True, there is less product in the tube than the usual 30 ml that other products offer, but it’s still a very affordable price.
My overall opinion:
First of all, the shade range is a joke. There are only 3 shades available. I have the lightest shade 10 Cool, which is good for pale skin with cool undertones, but since I’m not Casper the ghost like in the winter it’s a tad too light for me. The next shade in the range is too dark for me. So if I’m having trouble to find the suitable shade, I can only imagine how difficult it must be for other people.
The foundation does eventually blend into the skin and it doesn’t look like a mask, but it also doesn’t provide much cover. It has a glowy finish, but it’s not too much, so there shouldn’t be a problem even for oily skin. However, it really doesn’t cover redness or spots or anything so it’s like I’m not wearing any makeup. I will most likely use it just to mix it with another foundation that is too dark for me.
Overall, I’m sorry to say that I would not recommend this foundation unless you already have perfect skin and you just want to even out the tone a little bit. But you could do that with a tinted moisturizer or with a BB cream or something, so there’s no point in using this foundation.
