Yenges Peptides Lip Tint review

You know why I like to get beauty subscription boxes? Because I can find all kinds of product that I wouldn’t have picked on my own. This was the case with the Yenges lip tint because I’m so glad that I have it.

Yenges is a Bulgarian cosmetics brand founded by two sisters, Elisaveta and Plamena and they focus and creating skin care and body care products for all kinds of skin issues, with a minimal approach.

Packaging:

The packaging is very clean and simple, just a white plastic tube typical for any lip gloss, but I like that cool metal applicator because I don’t know if it’s the formula or if it’s the metal applicator, but it’s easier to use just the right amount of product. The tube contains 15 ml, which is a very good amount for a lip product.

Texture:

I used other lip tints in the past and they were just like thick glosses with a sticky texture, but this one is different. It’s very light and it’s not sticky at all and I don’t feel like I have something on the lips. It gives just the right amount of shine and color and it feels very comfortable on the lips. I have the shade Jelly Bean which does give a very light color on my lips, just that “my lips just better” look.

Ingredients:

Hydrogenated Polyisobutene, Dilsostearyt Malate, Shea Butter, Polybutene, Microcrystalline Wax (Cera Microcr-istallina)(Cire microcristalline), Synthetic Wax, Octyldodecanol, Polyglyceryl-2 Trtisostea-rate, Hydrogenated Poly(C6-14 Qlefin), Tocopherol, Toeopheryl Acetate, Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate, Palmitoyl Tripeptide-1, Orbignya Oleifera Seed Oil, Theobroma Grandiflorum Seed Butter, Lactic Acid, Tribehenin, Stevioside, Phytosteryl/Isostearyl/Cetyl/Stearyl/Behenyl Dimer Dilinoleate, Ethylhexyl Palmitate, Sorbitan Isostearate, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Disteardimonium Hectorite, Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891)

The key ingredients are shea butter, cupuaçu butter, vitamin E, vitamin C, peptides and lactic acid.

Price and accessibility:

Unfortunately, I couldn’t find any Yenges products online in Romanian shops, but on the brand’s online shop one of this lip tints is sold for 14.83 euros. Granted, it’s a little bit more expensive than your typical lip product, but it’s not like it’s not worth it considering that it takes a wile to go through a lip products and this one is really great.

My overall opinion:

I love this lip tint because it works as a lip gloss and a lip treatment all in one. It does a great job to transform dry lips into smooth and hydrated lips in no time, it doesn’t feel sticky or heavy on the lips and it also adds a little bit of color. It’s the perfect lip product for everyday wear. I would definitely recommend it and I would purchase it on my own if I would find it here in stores and through online shops that are more accessible for me in terms of shipping.
