As you may or may not know from my previous posts, I really like Farmec face creams from their basic line and the bamboo one is my favorite because it’s perfect for oily skin. Unfortunately, now I had to change my face cream because, as the weather gets colder and colder, a mattifying face cream is just not moisturizing enough and my skin feels a little dry in some areas.

So, I decided to try out this anti-wrinkle cream for one because it’s richer in texture and contains nourishing ingredients and second, I need to use anti-aging face creams because I’m old. Ok, just kidding, I’m not that old, but I’m in my 30’s so I need to pay attention to that.

Active  ingredients

Argan oil – is a valuable natural resource for the skin through its moisturizing, emollient, nutritional and protective properties against aging.
Vitamin E – is an effective natural antioxidant that helps fight against skin aging due to free radicals.

This face cream also comes in the standard plastic jar packaging, it’s white and has a vague scent, just like most face creams I have used so far.

The face cream does feel nice on the skin and it doesn’t feel drying anymore. Also, it’s not too rich to make my skin oily, at least not during the winter months. However, I feel like my pores are more visible, especially on the forehead and around the nose area, so that’s why I’m not that happy with it.

It’s not a bad face cream and it’s probably better for people with dry skin, but I think I will either go back to the bamboo face cream from Farmec or I will try something else until it gets warmer.

Overall, I still think Farmec puts out great products at very affordable prices and I will certainly use more from them, but this face cream is not exactly one of my favorites.
