I got this blush way back in August in my Lookfantastic beauty box, but somehow I didn’t get around to do a proper review on it. The other Bellapierre product I tried was an eyeshadow palette and I wasn’t impress with the quality of it, especially considering the price. However, with this blush it’s a whole another story.
Packaging:
The blush being a loose powder comes in a plastic jar with a sifter. I understand why a sifter was needed, because otherwise the powder would go all over the place, but this one may have too small holes, as I have a hard time to get some product out. However, if I swirl my blush brush on its surface, I get enough powder to apply it on my cheeks.

Texture:
Like I said before, it is a loose formula. It’s matte on the skin, even though it looks like it has some shimmery particles in it in the jar, but that’s probably just because it’s a mineral powder.
Ingredients:
Mica, Titanium Dioxide, Iron Oxides
I think that’s about the shortest ingredients list I have since I’m doing reviews on this blog. it doesn’t contain talc or parabens.
Price and accessibility:
Bellapierre products are not exactly expensive, but they are somewhat higher in the price range compared to drugstore products. This blush is sold for 15 UK pounds or 22.50 US dollars. In Romania, it’s sold on the Romanian Bellapierre website for 95 lei, which seems to be about the same as in other countries. Considering that this type of product can last you for a long time (the jar contains 9 grams), it can be a makeup product worth investing in. The products can be found in various stores and online shops and even in Romania, they are really not hard to get and they are priced approximately the same as in other countries.

My overall opinion:
I have the shade Amaretto, which is a beautiful rosy nude shade, that can be easily built up and it can be worn on multiple skin tones. I like the color very much because it looks natural and I can wear it anywhere and with any type of makeup and it’s also not a color that can make me look like I clown if I’m not careful enough. Would I buy this blush on my own? Hard to say. I do think it’s worth it because it’s so versatile and it applies so nice on the skin, but blush just isn’t a type of product that I see myself paying much money for. I am glad that I have it in my collection though, and I will certainly use it plenty of time.
