Over the last few months I started buying Avon products again. I know they’re an MLM and we’re not supposed to support this kind of businesses, but I just like many of their products, they’re affordable and it’s easy to pick what I want and a friend of mine just brings them over when she gets them. I have two colleagues who are Avon reps and trust me, no one’s taking advantage of them. They have their jobs and the Avon thing is just so that we can all place orders once a month and they get some discounts. As long as no one is taken advantage of, I don’t see anything wrong with it. That’s why I don’t want to avoid doing reviews on Avon products, but I will focus only one the ones I like or if I try some of their new products and it’s something fresh and that could be interesting.
I will try with this set of products because when I saw that there’s a chocolate scented foot care collection, I just had to try them and I got them all. I will review them in the order of my preference from the least favorite to the best of them all.
Avon Foot Works Chocolate & Hazelnut Foot Mask

This is my least favorite product out of the three just because it’s a pain in the ass to try and use it properly. It looks like a clay mask with some rough particles in it, like a foot scrub, but you’re supposed to leave it on the feet until it dries. I don’t know about you, but for me it seems normal to apply it on clean feet, so this means I’m already in the bathroom when I use it and I just can’t find a way to put my feet up long enough to let the mask dry. So, after a few failed attempts, I used it as a normal foot scrub in the shower. I can’t say that I noticed my heels getting any softer, but it does smell very nice, just like chocolate. The tube contains 75 ml and it’s sold in the catalogue for about 2.5 euros.
Avon Foot Works Chocolate & Hazelnut Foot Soak

This looks like a bubble bath and you’re supposed to add only a little bit in water and soak your feet in it. I chose it as my second favorite just because it doesn’t do anything special other than smelling yummy. I could use just any kind of bubble bath or bath salts or anything of sorts and the effect would be the same: I feel relaxed and the skin feels softer. The bottle contains 100 ml and it’s also sold for around 2.5 euros.
Avon Foot Works Chocolate & Hazelnut Foot Cream

This is by far my favorite product out of them all. This is a rich foot cream that looks more like a body butter. It has the same yummy chocolate scent and I do feel like my feet feel softer in the morning after using it. The jar contains 75 ml and it’s also sold for 2.5 euros.
I got all three products as a set so I had a discount because I remember I paid only around 4.5 euros for all of them. It’s nothing fancy, just some yummy scented products with vitamin E in them, but they’re ok for the price. I liked the foot soak but not as much as to repurchase it again and the foot mask was a fail for me because I don’t have the time and patience to use it properly. The foot cream however is something that I would recommend because it actually works and I feel pampered when I’m using it because I love body products with yummy scents. I will order it again next month, that’s how much I like it. Plus, for the price, I really think it’s worth it.
